Serenity Tanning

Have been to Serenity several times over 2014, This was mine and my Husbands first time at this salon and we were amazed, Lisa runs a very clean and organized business. She has a cheery and Knowledgeable Staff, and Is very attentive to her customers. Doesn't hurt that we are very good friends, but I would still be a valued customer just the same! Thank you Lisa and Staff for making our time at your Salon so wonderful. Can't wait to come back!

Excellent staff and service. I go to Lisa for my spray tans and have always been super happy with them. Clean and positive atmosphere as well. Sometimes if neeeded I will bring my daughter, she loves going there to play with the puzzles and toys while I'm having a quick tan. So many good things about Serenity Tanning!! Thanks Lisa!!

I feel comfortable and welcomed as soon as I step foot in the door. The atmosphere of serenity tanning is always spotless and positive. Staff was knowledgeable and helpful towards making my first tanning experiences safe and effective. I feel a total form of serenity after leaving the salon and always am looking forward to the next visit. This truly is a little gem of a local business in Vernon. Thanks for the service Lisa :)

If I could give Serenity Tanning more than 5 stars, I would! The beds are top of the line, the salon is always immaculate, and the customer service is exceptional. All of the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and very accommodating. Lisa (the owner) is especially personable - I was away for almost 2 years, and she still remembered my name when I came back. Best tanning experience I have had anywhere in Canada. 2 thumbs up!

A couple of months ago I got really tired of waiting for the Okanagan sun to arrive! It had been a really long cold winter and the promise of a warm spring just had not panned out. I’m very solar powered and was feeling pretty low. So I found myself looking for a tanning salon. I hadn’t tanned at a salon for a number of years and in my experience, coming from Vancouver, tanning salons can be sort of “clicky”. When I entered Serenity, there was a young lady at the counter and I was not expecting her to be very friendly,( again based on my experience coming from Vancouver.) Boy was I wrong! What an absolutely delightful and excuse the pun, sunny personality! Turns out, her name was Saskia, and in the short time I’ve been going now, approximately two or three months, I have not only gotten to know her but the owner as well and another young woman that works there on a very part-time basis. The three of them are absolutely delightful! Without fail they are consistently kind, friendly and energetic! Never once have they neglected to greet me in a friendly manner, or forgotten my name! (And I don’t have a common name! ANDI don’t always have an appointment!) Tanning salons have really gotten a bad rap in the last few years, but I know one thing, if not for Serenity Tanning I would not have any serenity in my life! It’s been a tough year for me with a lot of loss and stress. I’ve gone through a lot of personal issues and having found this hidden gem has really been a haven for me! I’m so very grateful that I found a place to go where I felt welcome from the very first time I walked through the door. The beds are always clean, every client I have ever seen coming or going always has a smile on their face. I’ve seen all different age groups in Serenity Tanning . They have a great little retail section which I’ve purchased from, including some apparel as well as the tanning lotions. It’s a fantastic local business which I will continue to support.

LOVE LOVE LOVE ? I’ve been tanning for last 15 yrs here in Canada. Being from San Diego it’s a must for me ? been to all in town and there isn’t a better tanning salon !!!!! Lisa is always on top of everything ! Clean , fast, friendly , always good bulbs , newest lotions , etc! Wouldn’t go anywhere else ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Oh and saskia … simply wonderful ❤️
