★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sal and owner Fatos, were great to deal with for my 'new to me' Subaru Outback plus negotiating a trade in value for my Crosstrek. They purposely keep their prices at or below market value and try to sell good clean 'no accidents' certifiable used Cars. I drove 4 hours from home to make this deal, and driving home was such a pleasure, I hope we get to drive our Outback many miles, worry free.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serena Motors left me with an exceptional customer service experience highly unlikely of any other used car dealership. With a reference through a friend I went to see Fatos, owner at the dealership. I was looking for an odd ball car, 2000-2003 BMW E46 3 series coupe with a manual transmission, not an easy car to come by in a used car market. Fatos took all the details from me and assured me find something close to that. Within 2 months I received a call from Fatos and he scored me a mint example at a fairly reasonable price knowing how desperate i was to buy that car. His professional approach and honest trade skills are highly commendable. Strongly recommended. Standing behind his moto, Another Happy Customer !!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In February 2022 I bought a Mazda CX-7 from here. I've never bought a used vehicle before so always had some reservations about that. So far so good. I never felt pressure to finance anything and they always had everything up front and had nothing to hide, unlike some other dealerships. I will definitely buy my next used vehicle here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great overall 5 star service, I bought my first used car from here and drove 4 hours to pick it up. Fatos was extremely patient and nice he answered every question I had and made the process very smooth and trustworthy. I purchased a 2010 Nissan Altima Coupe and it has been driving amazing. I brought the car to my own mechanic and he was amazed at the price I paid and even said the dealer included more in the price of the safety than required. Free oil change aswell. I drove the car back 4 hours home and not a single problem. I highly recommend this dealership and if your reading this Fatos thank you very much again for the excellent 5 star service ??⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

They were upfront with the car's history. 2 months of using the vehicle now and haven't had any issues. Would definitely recommend taking a look at their inventory of you are looking for a used car.
