She explained everything thoroughly. She was extremely professional and I enjoyed the process of renting a Unit.
As for the facilities they are clean, bright and secure. Each unit is secured with an alarm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The facility is very clean and has wonderful security steps in place to keep your treasures safe. The staff were so kind at this location and made it very nice to work with them. This location has lots of supplies to help with loading and unloading, as well as covered shelter for unpacking. After learning more about this company and the features, there were no comparable other options so it was easy to pick Sentinel storage! As a thrifty person, I always try to find the cheapest option and I found this has the best value and gives extra peace of mind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a great experience with Sentinel Storage in Chaparral. We needed to store our belongings for a month between moves and Sentinel went above and beyond to help accommodate us. The facilities are well kept and clean. The loading bays are large and the facility is secure which was reassuring when leaving our belongings for a long period of time. Another perk was on moving day it was extremely hot and they ensured our well -being by providing cold bottled water. We also had the opportunity to rent their moving truck and it was worth it, it fit our 2 bedroom apartment fully with king beds and all. Thanks for the great experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From the first time I went to ask about renting a storage locker, I was treated like I was already family. Every staff member was professional, helpful and really nice! The facility is very clean, easy to access, and has endless choices of sizes, from quite small to large. They also have a great selection of moving supplies, and the prices are good.
I have rented many storage lockers in my lifetime, and this one by far is my absolute favourite and wouldn't hesitate to highly recommend them; and if I ever require storage again, it will be with them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well-organized and well-laid-out storage facility. There are 4 bays for customer drop-off or pick-up, and I never had to wait for a bay to become open. The storage lockers are clean, dry and pest-free, with a roll-up door to access. A few glitches with the alarm system, but that's to be expected with a new facility. Very friendly front-desk staff, and security and cleaning staff as well!
