The lady assured me that the old packaging was the same as the new one. I asked the lady if I could open the lid to check what consistency the product was but she refused. When I got home, this was a COMPLETELY different product. I have the original K-PAK deep conditioning treatment for another line, but the consistency and smell is not even comparable. The 3 I purchased smelled of alcohol, and had a lumpy texture whereas the original had a smooth texture with sweet nutty smell. I called to ask for a refund, as I will NOT use it in my hair, but was refused. The girl on the phone justified it as Covid season, and that they did not issue refunds on deals. I offered to bring their products in for comparison but was refused as well. I was also not informed of the no refunds policy before buying. I have attached pictures on Yelp showing the texture of the FAKE kpak compared to what I have left of the real one. I am not a happy customer as I do not want to ruin my hair with an alcohol smelling product.
