★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After calling two other companies whom wanted to sell me a new furnace without even coming to check on the furnace in my home. I was referred to Tim @ Senco by one of my neighbors. Tim, immediately called me back and was very knowledgeable and honest about the price and labour costs. Matt, the technician who installed the part was also extremely knowledgeable, corteous and very clean. He left his cell number in case I had any further questions. That evening both Tim and Matt texted me on separate occasions to make sure the furnace was working efficiently and that our home was warm.
I'm exceptionally satisfied with the prompt service provided by Senco and I would recommend this company to my family and friends. The service I received from Tim and Matt was impeccable and impressive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend Senco for their responsiveness, professionalism, great prices and services! Tim got back to us right away even with it being on a Friday in the middle of a heat wave. The motor on our furnace went which meant no air conditioning in this heat and smoke. Tim searched everywhere for a new motor and was able to locate one in Vancouver that same day (our furnace is getting old so this was not easy to find). It arrived Monday morning and the crew arrived just after noon. They were friendly, clean and cleaned up after themselves. A big thank you to Tim and the crew at Senco!
