Googled the name of the car wash and found a contact form. They were very prompt in replying, were very friendly and courteous and fixed the issue for me right away.

W	Wes Gough on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to go to H2GO all the time until they started kicking car enthusiasts out for loitering and seemingly stopped caring about quality of service (broken washers all the time, poor pressure, hard water, vacuums are useless, even their pre soak is useless). I just went to this spot today and I can't believe I ignored it for so long. Not only do they have a tri-foam spray that is incredible, they also have an under spray button that sprays water under your car to get rid of road salt and debris. This is my new car wash spot and I'm so glad I tried it out again.

After my partners google review we called you because we thought you were willing to fix the situation but NO. Left several voicemails and called but no phone call return and whatnot. Thanks for “your concern” but it looks like that’s just empty words for your business. I also figured out that the car wash on Northfield is also owned by the same owner so I will be taking my business else where especially with this business ethics.

The hose was broken, had a huge leak on it and the pressure was like spitting rain outside. 2 minutes later the hose broken even more and it’s leak shot directly to my hands as it turned frozen trying to wash my car (didn’t get a picture as my hand was nearly in frostbite mode). I used the triple foaming wash and just read the review where if you don’t rise it after your paint will peel off so my cars paint awaits to be peeled off soon. Never never coming back here again. Take your money elsewhere that has proper machines working.
