★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give zero stars I would. Chungmo is the least professional person I have ever met. If you feel like throwing your phone through a wall because he doesn't answer your call use him. Worst experience ever. Sometimes over 1 month to return email or phonecall.

I am writing a review to the excellent service and professional services of Chungmo and his staff.
It’s been an honour and such a great experience to have Chungmo as part of my construction company. I would not be able to have projects move forward as Chungmo gets my drawings professionally done and submitted to city municipalities I’m working in. I mostly work in Tri-cities Burnaby and occasionally in Vancouver.
Chungmo has sized up structural changes to whichever projects I’m in need of and he always is willing to help me on time as I always express timeframe and urgency per job Im building.
