★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible expérience, délais de 4 mois pour un simple échange d'accessoire et je me suis fait répondre de façon très bête par un employé 2 fois au téléphone et même en personne.
 Horrible experience, 4 months delay for a simple accessory exchange and I was answered in a very stupid way by an employee twice on the phone and even in person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I called before going for a simple part on my Artic Cat.
Over the phone the cote was 59 dollars,and the guy seemed nice.
When i got over there the price was 89 dollars, so 30 bucks more for a simple hitch receiver and plus taxes which is OK,but 30 dollars more !!!
So i really needed that part,so I bought it anyways with deasapoitment of course.
Will i go back,,no.Felt like i was disturbing them also.
By the way,that hitch receiver is installed ,and works find.
I just wished that just they would have been honest about the price specially when we travel many kilometers to go over there shop.
