He took the time to demonstrate the proper use of the machine and answer our questions. Thank you Kevin!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We required an upgrade to our existing equipment and the lease was expiring soon. Jeffrey and Eric provided several options on similar equipment to existing equipment. They presented and explained the pros and cons of these units, suitability to our business and of course cost. Our selected choice is an excellent fit for our organization. I strongly recommend Seque and their staff to others who are in need of equipment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From the start Travis was amazing, on top of his follow up with making sure that our office was receiving the best printer that would suite our needs. I actually had to put everything on hold for awhile due to Covid and he was so patient with the process. Once the deal was final it was a super smooth process, our machine is not ready as of yet but he went above and beyond to find a loaner printer as our current one was awful!
Ryan (IT) came over the day of delivery and he was very helpful and knowledgeable.
Since we have had the printer, I have had to email Travis and the quick responses has be very impressive!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cresa just purchased a new multi-function for our Calgary office and we are extremely pleased with the service that we received. Segue provided all of the information that was needed to make an informed decision. As soon as the printer delivered to the office, set- up took less than 2 hours. Cam made the purchase process easy, Ryan set up the machine quickly, and Ian and Michelle followed up to make sure we were good to go! I have no doubt that we’ll be in good hands going forward. We’ve never had any issues with a Xerox printer in our office, and have always found their service to be excellent. Thanks Segue!
