Nalina is always pleasant to talk to. She is professional and is a very good listener and gets things done period. She calls me after her work hours to help me. I mean how much better can you get? Her service went well above and beyond what anybody can expect. Quick service with a smile. I had Carol for many years (she was great too) and now with Nalina I am so thankful to deal with such knowledgable and helpful staff. Always there for you. We had a break in and a vehicle theft in the last year and I can't thank Nalina enough for all the help and time she has given me. I emailed on May 6th a request for information, one question. The response, Taylor would forward the email to Pam. That was almost 2 months ago. Still no response. Today I recieved a notice of increase for my insurance of approximately $84 per year. I take this as their thanks for the loyalty of 12 years.

She serves me so well every time and answers all my question so nicely and accurately that I cant help writing this review. She is an amazing insurance broker. I must say Neherin is a valuable employee of this company.

Neherin has been giving me outstanding service . She often isn’t able to answer the phone when I call, but always calls me back after a bit , and responds very quickly to my emails . She says she has a lot of accounts to look after and it is understandable that she isn’t always able to call back right away . Neherin gives great service, and gets my vehicle insured , emailing me a pink card within an hour most times . I am very happy with the service and advice that Neherin & Security insurance has been able to provide in these uncertain times .
