★ ★ ★ ★ ★ EDIT: have updated this review after contact with Searcy. They explained a plan in place to better deal with a similar situation in the future. The customer service outreach that I was in contact with was polite and professional.
Watched an Oversize load ignore multiple "no wide load" signs and get stuck in a construction zone in Nebraska. Held me up for almost an hour. Called their dispatch to to warn them of what was coming before the narrow bridge and they laughed it off. Called again after we were stopped to ask what the deal was. Received no answer and no call back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Driver of this truck park at Walmart in Fargo ND throws his garbage in shopping cart I asked is it to havy to cary to garbage can , driver bushes something and continue to store. And this is why lots of Walmart locations are provided for truck parking.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Claude (one of their dispatchers) for the majority of our business transactions. He is polite, courteous, communicative, and an all around professional. I have found that their team pays attention to details, and ask questions when needed, or advises me of changes/issues in a prompt manner so they can be addressed.
Thanks for being a strong part of my network, and always leaving me, and the clients with a smile on their face! Top notch!
