A fantastic organization! We had a few angels from SE that helped us through a very difficult time. When you are stuck in a situation that requires full-time monitoring and care for a sick or elderly family member - please consider Saint Elizabeth. I can’t thank them enough. Their staff knew what to do and took the lead when we were surrounded by panic, confusion and fear. Thank you SE!

This agency has no regard for their patients. I requested a diabetic nurse to come and take care of my mom’s feet I even said I would pay for it. I called twice and filed a complaint with LINH. Ridiculous

This Agency is devoid of patient care skills. This is discriptive of the staff who include area and regional Supervisors, Schedule Personnel. If you are fortunate you may come across a compassionate and caring health care worker, as I did after over a year of disinterested unqualified ones. Workers enter a client's home with absolutely no information about the patient! As a retired nurse, I find this appalling. Workers who try to communicate health problems, dangers in the home, or any concern, are met with deaf ears. Texts are ignored ( to the workers supervisors) or acknowledged and then ignored. They often do n{t have the staff to service clients. They then contact the patient and end the call with 'So. you're cancelling for today). This is their way of being able to still bill for the hours of service despite the fact that they are responsible for being unable to fill their commitment. They do not adequately 'train' new recruits. They have a very low if any, standard of legibility for employment. I have had homecare for many years. Although many of these issues are stand among most agencies, St. Elizabeth Durham Region Branch, has undoubtedly rated the saddest. I shudder to think of those patients who thru illness or language barrier are unable to communicate their needs or speak up against bad or inappropriate care.

I wouldn't give any stars to this non-sense home care if there is the option. This is the worst experience ever in my life. My dad was referred to them from a serious swollen leg pain. He was supposed to have the antibiotics medication every 8hrs for full 2 weeks. It have been only 5 days now, 2 days no show, 3 days nurses arriving late results in medications delayed every single day. If he is not getting proper medication, how long does he have to suffer from the pain???? I filed 2 complaints but no one cares. As a daughter of my father, I just feel confused, lost, hopeless.

Your London location sucks! Office staff have no respect towards their clients. Few months ago I called and talked to a supervisor named Renee. You should teach her RESPECT CLIENTS AND THEIR FAMILY #101. Shame on you people. Now we are with VON and they are great.
