★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brent is a personable guy and makes classes fun and even a bit silly at times. Good humour and lightheartedness makes for an easy workout. I returned to the art after 20 years and Brent made it worthwhile. Have since ceased going thanks to the pandemic, but can't speak highly enough about them!
