â â â â â Si vous ĂȘtes Asperger ou une personne fonctionel avec quelques limitations faut que vous vous dĂ©brouillez vous mĂȘme bref faire l'emploi du SDEM\SEMO Ă leur place. Les rencontres en orientation sont trop longue dans mon cas 8 sur quatre mois et demi(ce que j'ai vĂ©cu entre 2016-17) rencontres au lieu de 3 ou 4! Je suis Asperger et les employĂ©s Ă©taient dĂ©passĂ©s par la proactivitĂ© des mes dĂ©marches.
J'ai été mis avec une conseillÚre du SDEM qui m,a fait perdre 4 rencontres d'orientation sur 2 mois et demi(ça aurait été plus si je n'avais pas montré mon irritation). Cette conseillÚre faisait rien pour moi sauf me parler de ses autres clients.
En 2011 Chantale Moquin me demandait mĂȘme pas si j'avais un revenu! Elle croyait que j'Ă©tais sur la solidaritĂ© sociale alors que dĂ©pendais de mes parents. Pourquoi elle m'a pas demandĂ© de savoir si je possĂ©dais un revenu?
En 2013 alors que je ne faisais que 4 heures chez Target comme étalagiste Isabelle Clément était tellement éffronté qu'elle disait que j'avais un emploi pas comme nombre de ses clients alors qu'eux avaient un chÚque de la solidarité sociale.
Aussi quand j'ai quitté Target par manque d'heures le SEMO m'a envoyé faire un programme préparatoire à l'emploi! Encore de la bureaucratie.
La seule bonne chose est qu'aprÚs avoir fini le programme préparatoire à l'emploi en 2015 i isabelle Clément m'a faite voire une conseillÚre en orientation qui m'a suggéré de me mettre sur la solidarité sociale. Chantale Moquin aurait pas pu me le suggérer en octobre 2011.
Dernier point en mai 2016 j,avais demandĂ© Ă Isabelle ClĂ©ment de me trouver du bĂ©nĂ©volat de travail de bureau. Encore une fois elle a pas Ă©tĂ© capable et savait mĂȘme pas quel sites internet regarder pour en trouver! J'ai encore du trouver moi mĂȘme.
Pour le SEMO, la conseillĂšre ne me faisait que dire je peux pas. Pour le SDEM c'Ă©tait je sais pas!
If you have Asperger's disease or a functional person with some limitations you have to make do on your own to use the SDEM \ SEMO instead. The orientation meetings are too long in my case 8 out of four and a half months (what I experienced between 2016-17) meetings instead of 3 or 4! I am Asperger's disease and the employees were overwhelmed by the proactivity of my efforts.
I was put with a counselor from the SDEM who made me lose 4 orientation meetings over 2 and a half months (it would have been more if I had not shown my irritation). This advisor did nothing for me except tell me about her other clients.
In 2011 Chantale Moquin didn't even ask me if I had an income! She believed I was on social solidarity while depended on my parents. Why didn't she ask me if I had any income?
In 2013, when I was only doing 4 hours at Target as a window dresser, Isabelle Clément was so brazen that she said that I had a job unlike many of her clients when they had a social solidarity check.
Also when I left Target for lack of hours, SEMO sent me to do a pre-employment program! More bureaucracy.
The only good thing is that after having finished the preparatory program for employment in 2015, Isabelle Clément made me even a guidance counselor who suggested that I focus on social solidarity. Chantale Moquin could not have suggested it to me in October 2011.
Last point in May 2016 j, had asked Isabelle Clément to find me a volunteer office work. Again she was not able and did not even know which websites to look for! I still had to find it myself.
For the SEMO, the counselor only told me I can't. For the SDEM it was I don't know!
