I will never ever go to that place again . She knows better than trucker how many pallets or what weight his trailer can carry!? And at the end, she just don’t want to be nice person, even her coworkers at the yard doesn’t like her!
Very poor choice of employees for Scotts Canada!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely unable to contact Scotts Canada on their website, it allows only US citizens to contact them. How are you supposed to ask a question about products? Why are "preemergent" products available only in USA and not in Canada.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clearly Scott’s is not interested in customer service. I spoke to someone and they said they’d text me right back. Did not. I texted a text customer service, not even an acknowledgement. Called customer service and waited on hold. Music is on a 20 sec repeat loop. I suspect to just get you to hang up. Not even the courtesy to play a variety of music. After about 10 minutes, they hang up. This is a new level of poor service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last check in for shipping is at 2:30 pm, PPE required(hard hat, glasses, gloves, hi-vis, steel toes). The lady I got my paperwork from, was decent but there was another one I dealt with before departure seems like other reviews are for her and that’s why only 2 stars. Loaders know most of their job might need to give some guidance if you want to even out your axle weight. No scale on site.
