i has to give one star because no stars in not an option. terrible working hours, back machine outside, very unsafe and uncomfortable. the only reason i am still a client is because i dont look forward to moving all my accounts to a different institution.

I feel like I'm being generous with my one-star rating. I went in today just to exchange coins for cash. Sue worked out fine and I sat at the table to roll the coins, after which I got Freggie. She unrolled everything to count it, reamed me for using rollers, and stole $20 from me; denying it when I confronted her. I counted when I got home to make sure, and as I suspected, two ten-dollar bills could in no way make a fifty and should have been returned to me as tens. Instead, I came up twenty short. I'm glad I don't have an account there, because I could not stand being a client at this place. Guys, save yourself the hassle and take your business to RBC. At least ask for another teller, because that money was going into a fund for taxi rides.

Online reps are the worst!!! They hang up on you when you ask for a manager and actually need help. No compassion, they do not care about their customers will not try to retain you if ask to leave. The people in the mission branch are amazing but I just can’t deal with the phone reps halfway across the world anymore!!!

Absolute nightmare opening a TFSA. Should be very simple. Confusing and crazy and then they made a mistake, blamed the customer and then said they had to fix it online or via phone next day.

I will advice you to find another branch to do business with. this must be one of the worst customer experience that i have had in my life: I was yelled at for wanted to deposit a cheque on my account. I was treated from the beginning as if I was committed a fraud. the funny thing is, I finally deposited the cheque through the app at the end, no problem. this is not the first time I have issues with this branch. People working here lack on basics: no decent customer support, knowledge and empathy.

I have been with Scotiabank solely since 1996. If Scotiabank illegally mandates vaccines for their employees I will immediately close my accounts and give my service to a credit union who understands honors and respects human rights and the Nuremberg code. I suggest that all employees stand firm and wait to be dismissed for non compliance and sue for wrongful dismissal. (There WILL be massive lawsuits!) Disgusting. Shame on you guys.

My experience with this Branch Scotiabank bank has been very terrible and very disappointed at Mission branch. Their systems has too many glitches and Printers not working. What more can I say?

Prefer positive reviews...however after having my chq account closed some years back without notice, in addition having the one person I was dealing with going MIA...getting in touch with anyone over the phone is difficult...prepare to sit on hold a while...
