★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited over 20 minutes after I paid for a yogen fruz and eventually gave up because I wanted to see the start of my movie.
Then the movie (new Batman) kept having weird screen glitches every 10 or so minutes.
Other Saskatoon theaters are better

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really comfortable and easy to access for anyone, even the little ones. This is our second living room to watch movies, I tell ya. I wish the sound was not that loud. My last one (3) had to cover her ears many times during the movie (Sonic the Hedgehog 2).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Long wait between films to enter a theater. One cleaner for an entire VIP theater space and time was limited for pre show ordering. That had to continue into the film.
Still, VIP is a nice experience overall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible customer service. I am a cineplex member, which entitles me to 20% of concession. At the time of our visit their system is supposedly down. Therefore, they couldn't give us the discount. I understood the problem and was asking question as to how we can claim or be reimbursed. As I was talking to the lady, a guy from behind counter, in a VERY rude tone comes to us and says "our system is down and if you don't like it you can leave"... That is no way to deal with a problem or talk to a customer.
On top of all that one of our seat was really dirty with what looked to be like puke. Honestly, we were on impressed with their service that night.
Ps. We were there on May 7th, 2022. Watching Doctor Strange.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great theater experience, sat in VIP in comfortable leather wide recliner seats. Service for meals and drinks are available and brought to you just like a restaurant before movie starts and there is a lounge/bar available to sit and eat after as well. Saw Top Gun Maverick as it should only be seen, on a big screen with surround sound! Excellent!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The movie and theatre was Incredible but the entrance to the building is not equipped well enough for the winter weather. When I arrived there with my father he slipped and hurt his back and all the staff did was stand there and not even ask if he was OK. There were also no staff to help customers buy tickets at the ticket stations, we are new to Canada and had no idea how to use the machines. The food court and staffon the other hand were very friendly and the food was great! It would really be nice to have staff to help out at the ticket stations and if they could also just be a little more friendly in the future!
