★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had appointment today at 10:30 am . I am totally disappointed by the service of one of the financial advisory. Unfortunately I didn't remember her name but it was really sad with her attitude. She told us to move out of the bank after the service was over which was really rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Literal garbage, a broken hole in the wall with a constantly out of service ATM that barely works on the few times it isn't shut down. Will give random errors, refuse to take money, refuse to take card. Need envelopes to deposit money and they're usually out. Space that holds atm is filthy with a hole kicked into the drywall, no heating in the winter so it's freezing cold.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to get Wire Transfer Info so I could wire funds from one of my accounts at a different bank to Scotia for a house, they gave me the wrong wire info and almost sent hundreds of thousands of dollars to a wrong account. Thankfully they called me minutes before I was about to make the wire telling me they had given me the wrong wire info..... almost sent all my lifes earnings into thin air... scary

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We opened a line of credit and a mortgage with the Nelson branch last fall. Wendy was very nice to deal with but quite incompitant as a banker. Files were not completed correctly and multiple trips were needed by us go back and sign. We were offered a low introductory interest rate with our line of credit that we never recieved. Critical information on how accounts were to be paid was not given leading us to have the first late payment ever on our excellent credit history. When you call the national customer service line they will not help you at all and just refer you back to your local branch. I banked with RBC for 20 years and I regret leaving them and will be going back as soon as this mortgage matures.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Closes at 4... how is anyone who works a 9-5 or a 830-430 ever supposed to bank... I have been a loyal scotiabank customer for 18 years, and now I am going to have to take my business elsewhere due to no weekend hours and awful weekday hours. 9 30-4 is a 6 1/2 hour work day, looks like I went into the wrong business
