Branch manager is a whole different story. I’ve never in my life witnessed such unprofessional behaviour from any manager, let alone a branch manager.

Another customer heard the conversation and said that he so unprofessional on how he handled the situation. I tried to call him and once i told him who i was he hung up the phone on me. He came out of his office to tell my daughter for me not to call him again.. So disappointed in this branch.

Even though everyone busy assisting the customers with appointment, Prabhakaran and Earnest gave a wonderful service and explained all the programs clearly without any rush. This branch, the advisor, and the Branch manager are wonderful and efficient to receive 5 stars...!

But after my visit, I feel completely satisfied, moved my home branch here and moved funds to Scotia. Its only because the Branch Manager. Thank you team for this wonderful support.
w	winners home on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great staff and ignorant manager.here is my story I took bank draft from my Scotiabank and when I am depositing the draft via mobile deposit in to my TD bank account by accident I deposited it into my TD USA account.i had to wait 7 days the money to bounce back.then I went to Scotiabank to write for me a new bank draft,they advised me it will take 5 more days to access the money after I deposit the draft, however i decided not to wait instead I kept going from bank to bank to withdraw cash money because I can’t withdraw more than $3000 cash from each Scotiabank. When I went to this branch the manager refused to give me the money because the situation was suspicious to her.however I did my best to explain to her.however she kept telling me I have the right to deny.thank to God I went to other Scotiabank branch and with out a single question I withdraw $3000 cash and the manager on this branch didn’t take a minute to review my situation just because didn’t want to change her mind.ignorant manager.many banks are losing very valuable customers because of this type of management.don’t judge a book by its cover.i wish I showed her my net money on my TD app no question she could have incredibly shocked.

(Beaumont Branch), I think because they were closing in 45 minutes. So I came into your branch right after and sure enough you opened the account no problem, even thou your branch was closing in 20 minutes. You rock Michelle and the rest of the staff were friendly as well. ?

It was almost the closing time, when we arrived. A kind man, Earnest- the Branch Manager, was his name, has given us very detailed info about the student account and other accounts that my parents were looking to open. Tho it was closing time but, Earnest has went above and beyond in providing us with all the detail we needed. Thank you very much once again Pilot Sound Branch. We will come again.
