She didn't accept my cash to deposit to my account which was 5000$. Then I went to TD bank and they deposited it right away....

The teller that was helping me get a bank draft certified was being trained by Ashley and she was extremely rude and condescending towards me. Speaking to me with attitude and a rude tone. If you're having a bad day, hate training new colleagues or hate customer service roles, GET A NEW JOB!!!!!!

For one simple thing it takes him hours and then is needs more time to ask his colleagues … because he has no clue what he is doing!! THIS IS A SHAME SCOTIABANK! EDUCATE / TRAING YOUR EMPLOYEES LIKE DARPAL BETTER!!! The frontdesk was good.
R	Ro Mina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was at my main branch at Dufferin/Major Mac which they sent me all the way to the Weston Rd branch for a specific transaction. I was informed that my transaction should have been done at my original branch. I arrived 15 min before they had to close in hopes they could help me in which they couldn't at first. They ended up helping me with what I needed and I stayed a bit passed closing until it was all done. I can't thank them enough for helping me with what I needed. The ladies at the front were AMAZING!!! Now that's what I call great customer service! Thank you ❤️
