If I wanted some random reception that doesn't have a clue about a local Issue I would call the 1 800 # on the back of my card. This bank needs a better grasp of customer service.

G	Gordon Evans on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This has to be the worst Bank to deal with, from the Loan Manager to the Manger who is not Trained to follow through or complete a simple Loan. Starting from April /19 to Present September/19 , this Bank has not completed a simple LIne of Credit Loan. Cannot express my frustration on why why why, they cannot complete this simple task. Have been getting the run around and so tired of hearing there poor excuses. Please everyone, go to another Bank-RBC, Services Credit Union, TD and run far away from the Lacombe Branch. All these staff should be FIRED and kind, trained and professional Bank employees should be taking over this Branch. we all should not have stress or poor service at any time. Good Luck
F	Fiona Mitten on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is not an issue with Lacombe branch IN ANYWAY it however a review of the Scotia Bank as a whole. I have total power of attorney over my parents lives... However This morning was literally hung up on (I was short, but not rude) I have never seen such incompetence as a whole. 6 months ago I gave a certain branch NOT LACOMBE a 5 or 6 or their review when then sent me a survey after my appointment, I actually received a call from the branch manager saying that I shouldn't put that low of a score as it effects them from their head office. What I am assuming it affects is his bonus... I am so upset with these people I want to scream, this is all over the fact that they messed up setting up my POA properly now getting them to fix their mess seems nearly impossible. I sit here tying this as I'm on hold with the office for the 3rd time this morning.
