★ ★ ★ ★ ★ j'ai déménagé au Saguenay, j'ai conservé mon hypothèque avec Scotia. Pas de banque au Saguenay, on m'oblige à allez en succursale pour demander une autre carte de débit. Je n'ai plus accès à mon compte en ligne. Très mauvais service lorsque j'ai signé mon hypothèque en 2016.
 I moved to Saguenay, I kept my mortgage with Scotia. No bank in Saguenay, I am forced to go to the branch to ask for another debit card. I no longer have access to my online account. Very bad service when I signed my mortgage in 2016.

Bien que notre conseillère était sympathique, j’ai l’impression que nous étions toujours au bas de sa liste de priorités. Je ne recommande cet établissement à personne.
Very bad service for mortgages, we really lost our time and had to start the process elsewhere. Although our consultant was friendly, I feel that we are still at the bottom of her list of priorities. I do not recommend this property to anyone.

Scotia customer for 10 years recently I suffered some form of discrimination that will force me to leave everything from this bank.
