S	Simon D Yates on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited branch weekday during lunch. Waited about two minutes. Teller was polite and processed the transaction quickly. I am not a Soctia customer and stated so. Had a simple transaction to perform, could only be done at Scotiabank. Have nothing negative to say. No pressure to purchase any products or become a client.

Waited a week for a call about an appointment (should have been 2-3 business days) and finally decided to go into the branch myself to finish the process. I received my card and signed the paperwork given to me by the teller, officially opening my account - HOWEVER - the hold on my account wasn't removed. I called the branch and was always automatically redirected to their 1-866 customer service number, and while the people on the phone were helpful, and tried to get in contact with the branch, almost a week later and no one called me back regarding this, nor has anyone removed the hold. A few days later I called again and managed to get in contact with the 1-866 rep for this particular branch, who again was extremely helpful. She sent messages to the branch and called them while I was on the line, and she couldn't get a response either. This is completely unacceptable. I understand that things happen, and everyone makes mistakes, but to be basically ignored since the beginning of my application process has put a very bad taste in my mouth. Highly debating whether I should just say forget it and close this account and open one with another institution. I would give one star, but the people on the phone tried their best to help. This branch is terrible though.
C	Cora Simpson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was not my home branch and the service was beyond excellent. I had to get a new bank card for 1 of my business accounts and Eleanor went above an beyond . Not only did I get a new card but she was able to link my personal accounts my kids accounts and visa to 1 card upon her request. I have never been able to transfer between accounts before now . Now I only need 1 card for all my banking needs . Good bye to multiple cards . Will definitely go back . Eleanor rocks!!!

The manager here was giving all the previous customer information to his friend ... When I asked her why, she started arguing with me. They are very rude. You can see the reviews of others. I do not think everyone lies except bank staff…

I'd switch to TD but Scotia hard hit my credit (without my consent btw) and I don't want to open another account and have it affect my credit any more than it has. What a mistake opening this account was

My Londlord drive me to store because he said I have bank order money to.. . After my order the card . My Londlord start Argue for self (I don’t know why) Today I check my account this bank close my account… I don’t know why close my account.. I was out of the Range when the landlord was arguing.
