I booked appointment here they canceled my appointment and didn’t give next date i am disappointed by their service and their service provider name is suraj who send me email for cancellation

I called the call centre *5 days ago* regarding a hold on my account. They said only the branch can help me and reached out to them. Very frustrated that no one has gotten back to me. I tried calling them as well, could not connect to anyone. Seriously considering closing my account. At the very least I will need a different home branch.

Not sure how they promote someone to be a manager for the branch since this person does not have any manners on how to treat the client that are paying for her salary. this issued has been going on for 1 month . where she didn't even bother calling the third party involved and resolve the issued. #bad attitude#you are not professional costumer service #shoudn't have that title job. will never returned to that branch .

Worst branch ever. Not responding to phone call, email, etc. Have to move to another branch for better services. Highly recommend do not go to this branch.

Worst branch I have ever had experience with. You can never speak to anyone at the branch level at anytime. I have tried numerous times to call directly and even being transferred from their customer service line. I have gone in twice for scheduled appointments for a business account, both times I waited over 20 minutes to be seen, asking more than once asking for the person I was scheduled to see. Not only will I be removing my business and personal accounts from this branch but I will be moving my services from Scotiabank all together.

This is a great bank to deal with. But it would be better if the financial advisor answers their phone more often. That is very important ☺️. Client's first. I know sometimes you are with other clients but you still can pick up the phone to tell me you will call back and then call back the same day. It is just common sense so the customer will know their concerns are being addressed. Thank You.

By far the worst branch for customer service. No business advisors ever available. No branch managers available. No one returns phone calls. Always understaffed. No one is willing to help. If you own a small business don't bother opening your account at this branch. They will riun your credit and business.
