★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have spent over 50 minutes on hold now in an attempt to transfer money to my iTrade account. When it takes you an hour or more to give them money imagine how long it takes to resolve an issue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ if possible I want to give zero rating. I have called them 4 times and spent more than 8 hours total with their customer service (average wait time is 1.5 hour) trying transfer some RSP. Customer representatives gave me different instruction and takes no reaction to my request. I understand they are busy, but I think I am considerate enough and waited two weeks to call back and still nothing happening.....worst ever
