D	David on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took me a while to find MY one and ONLY one barber and hairstylist in Vancouver and it’s Yash over there. I’ve never had such a professional feeling haircut and beard shave like he does it. Doesn’t cut corner and you look like a million $ coming out. Highly recommend Yash.

Sadly enough I am bolding, and I was a bit desperate about how to look good for the wedding. The one who served me was Yash, and I can ensure you guys he did a great job! He talked me through all the options, was a great listener for my needs and eventually created an outcome where we both could state that I was an entirely different person. Thank you Yash! ?

It works whether it’s been styled or not so I can switch seamlessly between professional, party and potato as the situation requires. It’s evident she cares very much about the customer experience and is always trying to improve her offerings. Plus she is a super rad person to top it all off!

After my haircut, I was told I could have a sprite, but not a Scotch. Apparently COVID regulations prohibit them from serving alcohol. This isn't their fault. But it needs to be communicated to customers before they book a $75 haircut at a place called Scotch and Fades. I was not offered a refund, a discount, or a rain cheque. Also wanted to add a note about COVID safety: One of the staff members was wandering around without a mask. An employee from a neighbouring business also decided to wander around the facility with no mask. The haircut was really nice though.
B	Brendan Cindric on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Scotch and Fades for the first time a couple of weeks ago as I needed to find a new place to get my haircut in the neighbourhood. I booked with Maurice through their website and showed up and was quickly seated. Maurice asked me a few questions and got to work, I was concerned at one point at how much time he was spending on the sides and back. But he did an immaculate job, when he cut the top I asked him to go slightly shorter and he happily obliged. It was a quick and painless experience, the shop is a nice open space and very clean. I will be booking my next visit with Maurice soon!

It is better to pay a bit more but get it done with satisfaction. Really amazing experience. Will definitely recommend and go back there ?✅✅⭐️

After seeing all the positive reviews I was hopeful that this place is going to be great. I was also shocked and happy that I could get an appointment within 24 hours (now I see why many other places have much longer waiting times). The decor and manners of the staff were nice but the haircut was a disaster. The Worst I’ve ever had in my life. I specially noticed it when I got home and was able to check it out more carefully. It looks my hair is painted on my scalp by a toddler. I don’t know how could the stylist (Yash) think this is an okay job. There are also many people walking around without a mask.
