School of Dental Hygiene

Tried phoning for an appointment to have some cancer-related dental work done...two days of busy signals. Kind of adding insult to injury.

The students and professorial supervisors at the U MB School of Dental Hygiene were first-rate: professional, efficient, gentle and friendly. Absolutely fantastic QUALITY service! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ out of 5

Initially I went in pre covid and had all my screening done plus around $150 of x-rays only to have my appointments cancelled because of covid then almost a year went by before they managed to contact me again, they messed up giving my contact information to one of the students so I got a random message saying I would be removed from the program and had to call multiple times to sort that out. After that, the work that was done on my teeth made it simultaneously worse and better. Didn't last long with the second student because of summer break and then when I went back to finish getting work done with a new student they told me I would have to pay again to get more x-rays. Some supervisors were nice but others were extremely rude, they told me they would submit a form to have the fees waved for the extra x-rays and then never did. Overall a terrible experience for me, wouldn't recommend them to anyone, not worth all the time or hassle to be treated rather poorly and seemingly carelessly.
