Initially we were both reluctant to the idea of 2-on-1 tutoring but surprisingly my daughter prefers it. It allows her to work through the questions without someone watching her every step while still getting assistance as needed. Alex is excellent in his style/communication. The owners are both very pleasant to deal with too.

In fact, our daughter was the very first customer to sign up when they opened! We believe that our kids are benefiting greatly from the extra practice and coaching provided by the teachers and owners. We see their confidence growing week over week in all critical areas of their education, and this allows them to have a deeper understanding of the curriculum. Sapna, Ashley, Falynn are very accommodating and provide good objective feedback on our children's progress. My wife and I feel that this is a great investment in our children's future and we'll be clients for a long time to come!

N	Nelson Chan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enrolled my Grade 6 son for help to improve his writing skills. I had him in for 2, 1 hour lesson/week @$35/hour. Writing takes time, so he was there for 6 months, about 2/3 of the school year. It wasn’t till after receiving his 2nd report card from school, did I realize, this Center was a complete joke. His writing did not improve and when I mentioned it to the Centers coordinator, she was also surprised. Do not waste your money with this Learning Centre.

I came to Scholars for math, science and computer studies assistance and I must say that the centre helped me in every way possible. Last year I was struggling in Grade 9 math (Geometry unit) as my average was in the high 60’s. Fortunately, I got enrolled into Scholars and 6 months later, my math grade rose from the 60-70% to the 80-90% range. I would definitely come here for academic assistance again. This place is recommended for students who struggle or have difficulties with learning in certain school subjects.

We reached out to SEC - Dinu who set him up for success! 2 sessions a week with a terrific Tutor + Team resulted in a 20 point increase in his math mark and with honours! Highly recommend SEC to anyone looking for a caring, reliable program to help kids of all ages with their school work.

I think he also likes watching his own progress and their reward system seems to be motivating him. The instructors are all great! They give one on one attention to kids which you can see clearly in your child’s development. During this last year, management has become more active and shown lot of progress. Thank you for doing such an awesome job!!
