★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We tried to rent a townhouse from them and it was awful.
They took two weeks to get the lease prepared, and when it was finally done, it included a clause that allowed people to buy the townhouse which we were renting and kick us out.
Save yourself the trouble and DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE!
