I really like the products SCC has but their customer service from Eric made this an issue of principal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Received the seat cover but didn't realize that it would cover up the rear facing map-pockets of my front seats. Called them and they explained that there were options to tailor on map pockets, but overall the return process was prompt and courteous. 10/10 would recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought custom seat covers for my truck a few years ago and have been generally disappointed by the product. The overall fit was ok but allowances hadn't been made in the design for seat adjustment controls. When asked about this the manufacturer suggested cutting the covers to fit properly.... strange. The first problem I had was with the stitching for the webbing to hold the seat covers on coming apart under the pressure to get the covers to fit snug. The webbing was thin and the buckles were cheap. I took them to a local shop and had them repaired.
The bigger issue has been with the covers always shifting out of position. They look terrible bunched and shifted and aren't doing the job they were intended for. Trying to tighten them up has exposed more flaws in the overall quality and design.
At this point I am looking at replacing with a better product.
