★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have the Drolet ECO-65 pellet stove. As this is my first pellet stove or any wood burning appliance, I am not experienced in this department. I only gave this 2 stars because 1- we really do love the pellet stove. I have it hooked up to a thermostat and all we have to do is keep the hopper full and do the weekly maintenance. Here is why only 2 stars. The other day we had a power failure (20 hours) When the power went out the stove was in the middle of a burn cycle. Power goes out and everything shuts down. So there is a burn pot full of pellets so it keeps burning and smoldering away. Because the vent pipe will not naturally draft the smoke just stayed in the burn chamber and then started to fill our house up. Not good. I inquired about a battery back up and was informed that there is not that option for the stove. WHAT!!! How can you sell a product that you know when the power goes out that this will happen?
Had I known this I would not have bought the stove and this was my inexperience. The company needs to come up with a solution for this. As for anyone else looking at this stove BUYER BEWARE!!!

Their reply was immediate and very helpful. I'm even more confident now that the brand of stove that I will ultimately purchase will be a Drolet stove. Thank you Eric.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got an old wood stove off the internet and knew nothing other than it was made by Osburn. Emailed sbi asking for a manual and some info on new door parts. They got back to me the next day with lots of good information and advice on ordering parts. They were very helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service. I have a Drolet Eco 65 pret stove that has had problems since new. Difficult to get any help, unless waiting on phone for long periods of time. Staff dont respond to messages that are left. Parts shipped to wrong address and they wont do anything about it. Wont ourchase another SBI product.
Funny, you answered my review faster than Alain answered my emails and phone calls.

Martin the service tech gave me a lot of good information and within a week they shipped me a new pipe system. It was really great at how quickly this company responded to my issue. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.
