M	Maleah Hill on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very, very sweet people working here, but somehow my gel/polish completely popped off as one. It separated completely from the glued on tip, which stays attached to my real nail. At first, it only happened to one nail (the pinkie) so i got it fixed. Now it has happened to 6 more nails so I decided it wasn’t worth it to get them fixed. The first one happened 2 days after getting my nails done while I was washing my hands, got it fixed the next day. Then the day after getting it fixed, is when it started happening to the rest of them. Hasn’t even been a week yet.

I had a appointment at 430 for a pedicure today and they were coming to FINALLY start my pedicure at 524. They were actually going to start two pedicures that arrived after me before they started mine. Unfortunately I had to leave because I had another appointment at 6. So I drove out from Saskatoon to sit with my feet in the water for one hour. If they couldn’t accommodate my appointment, I am unsure on why they booked it. Be careful, just because you book an appointment doesn’t mean you will be getting your service at that time.
R	Rachel Turner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their employee Paul is very unprofessional and does not know how to respond to customers in a respectful manner. I have gone here since 2019 the odd time for convience but never again. Avoid this nail salon at all costs, they are disrespectful beyond belief.

My step father had called but they said it was 70$. But like I said before the lady that was doing my nails said it was 115$ dollars… never going there again.
C	C L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for a pedi with my friend. She was done her pedi by the time they had started on mine. My water was cold. Not sure why they insisted i make an appt. Appt was booked for 5 and they didnt start my pedi until 545. Wouldn't go back.
E	Ellie joyner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My feet were truly feet from hell in that I had dry and cracked heels and soles, and the toenails would have driven away any mortal screaming in terror. But the nail technician did a phenomenal job in giving my feet the long overdue pedicure, and she was focused on getting my feet cleaned up and put back into fantastic shape as possible. The skill, dedication, and service given to my feet were top notch, and I actually could feel my feet after almost two years of no pedicure services (I know, I have no excuses to offer)! I will definitely be going back next month to start a monthly foot care and get more of that amazing quality and service from Sazzy Nails and Spa. Thank you for the phenomenal work done on saving my feet!
K	Kayla Gamble on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to this place for the past two-ish years. more times than not, I have gotten my nails done by the ladies. I absolutely love them, very clean and precise but the few times I have gotten them done by the males they seemed very untrained. My mother used to be a nail technician. I was allowed to accompany her while she did her course so I know the just of the process...I recently got my nails redone by one of the males. He started by grabbing a wet, dirty towel from the pedicure area and I was hesitant to put my hands down on the towel but I did anyways. He then started to file my acrylics down till they were a bit thinner, grabbed a nail extension and dug underneath the acrylic to rip them off. this was painful to say the least. he did not touch my cuticles or remove all the shine off the nail which currently is causing lifting around my nail. I know I'm not the only person to experience this at this salon. The people I do know, unfortunately, developed a fungus infection from water getting underneath and haven't gone back since. I have now found a new salon and will only recommend this salon if it is done by the ladies.
M	Melissa Bartzen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hate to post negative reviews, but this was honestly the worst manicure of my life. It was also the dirtiest nail salon I've ever been to. Dust/dirt and polish covering everything, all of the towels were stained. I came out 50 minutes later with uneven, ragged, dry nails that looked like they hadn't been touched by a professional nail technician. He also didn't listen to me when I asked for round nails and started cutting them square. He put shellac polish on one of my hands before I noticed, when I wanted regular polish. When I asked for the regular again he stated my nails were too "bumpy" for regular polish. He did end up taking off the shellac polish, but then proceeded to use "cuticle oil" as a base coat. While the technician was very kind and friendly, I have no confidence that he has professional training and I would not recommend this nail salon to family or friends.
