★ ★ ★ ★ ★ About 3-4 years ago they did a bathroom reno for us plus a few more things and it was such a nice job that I would recommend them.
However, in 2018, we got them to do a much bigger job on our backyard and deck. While the work was fine, it was the after that I found disappointing. Actually, having the owner return calls was frustrating at best. There is a couple of small things that need to be addressed and while he did call back after a few months ( covid didn’t help) again, we have been left hanging. He showed up with the gutter installer to look at something and left! I didn’t get a chance to run out to talk to him! That was 3 months ago. Left numerous text messages and voice mails and no response.
I’m sure we’re small potatoes compared to the big jobs but this complete disregard of customer service, complete ghosting of clients’ calls and no follow up communication makes for a company that I will not recommend.
