★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Almost every time I go to Save-on-foods to shop they overcharge me for something. The time it takes to then go and line up at the service counter to argue that the sign on the produce display and the price the checker charged is really difficult to endure. Why can't they get their act together or is it done on purpose to take a little more from us and hope we won't call them on it?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good selection pretty friendly staff but way overpriced on most items. WAY OVERPRICED! A dollar for a little tomato and $2 for a small cucumber. SCAMMERS ! They should be ashamed for taking advantage of Canadians.
No wonder some of the richest people in Canada own grocery store chains.

RUDE, RUDE, RUDE!!!!
FRED- SUPER RUDE. No service at all. Told to load the belt and when he felt like it he would check my groceries. Wouldn't package meat in a separate bag.
MONICA - Never asked for my More card on a $154 total. When I gave her my number it took $17 off the bill.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went into this Save On today after having first been to the one at the mall and was not able to find what I was looking for. The mall location staff were very curt and not helpful when I asked them to help me find a product.
Upon entering the Salish mall location I came across Sara busy filling an on line order for a customer.
When I asked Sara if she knew where I could locate the product I was looking for she immediately looked it up for me on her phone.
She then asked her assistant manager, sorry I didn't get her name, to help as we couldn't find it.
The assistant manager then asked for help from another staff member, whose name I also didn't get, and the elusive Aji seasoning packets were located.
Thanks to all of you for your help, friendliness and determination to satisfy your customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love the staff here but the male security is awful, at least the one man who chose to hassle my husband when he went to get our family groceries! No reason given and this guy is all up on my husband no 6 foot distance for covid my husband is immune compromised! ?

March 29th Customer service in this store is deplorable. No respect whatsoever. Management is also poor.
The Customer is paying the bills including wages and yet we are doing half the work. There are those whom have certain difficulties and no assistance from staff. Instead they are abused.
Surely there is someone in this organization who can do something to improve this situation.
Absolutely appalling behavior by staff!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love the bakery section of save on foods. Always go for fresh baked pies and cookies. I loved the fact that they are trying to add more stuff in international aisles. It would be easy for the new people to find all the grocery stuff at one place.
