S	Seff on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Older lady at the till was so INSANELY rude for absolutely no reason as I was as polite as possible. Absolutely disgusting customer service. I don't have her name because she didn't even have a nametag on.

F	Felix Hutnyk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This save-on is in a really convenient spot. I've visited here many times to pickup groceries/cards/food etc. The food is quite good here, they have a variety of wings, chicken tenders, sandwiches, etc. It's usually quite tasty although a little expensive.

So appalling that they don't provide proper bags- the answer we got from the manager - that it's what they get from headquarters. When we asked if they complained to the HQ - the answer was NO. Product choice is poor. Prices are high. Stay away from this store!!!!

Hammel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have placed the gluten-free flours right beside the wheat flour so that the bags of gluten-free flour are covered in a dust of wheat flour making them inaccessible to anyone who is celiac or needs to be truly gluten free as they will get sick from touching the bags. Do not go to this store if you're hoping to be in and out in less than 20 minutes. At peak times they only have two cashiers working. There is always a line ofsix or seven people waiting for the cashiers and another line of six or seven people waiting for the self checkout. The Save on self checkout system is problematic and is always requesting help from the assistant. They should learn from the Safeway system On a positive note their prices are reasonable for Vancouver.

Horrific service. The self check out machines are terribly finicky, had to try two before I got one to work. Worst Save On I've been to, which is surprising because I usually love this chain.

Have been here a few times and it’s generally a very unkept Save On (why is it always such a mess in the self checkout area?!) with a terrible layout. Yesterday’s event is what caused me to write a review: I paid for my items at the cashier, put them into my cloth bag and was walking out the front door past the security guard (who you see several times as you shop). He asked me as I walked out if I paid for my items (I couldn’t even hear him well behind his mask, so stopped to ask him to repeat as I was unsure what he was saying). I was really taken aback at being asked if I’d PAID for my items. Dude, if that’s how you’re trying to keep thieves at bay I’d pick a better tactic as no one actually stealing would stop, ask you to repeat, and clarify they’ve paid. I also wonder why he asked me individually. I’d let the cashier keep my receipt too so if he’d asked for one, I would have had to have her sort through their trash bin! If theft is such a bad problem, require a receipt to exit like Home Depot on Cambie does.

There is no customer service provided here the staff is un happy and not kind except the tall lady at the deli she is the only polite person behind In that shop. Extremely overpriced , always a giant line due to lack of staff. So disappointed Save on Foods let’s on of their Locations run this way. I have been in the customer service industry for over 10 years and I avoid going here as much as I can even though I work so close to it because it’s an awful experience every time.
