★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought in my HP cartridges. He said he could not refill them. He sold me some aftermarket cartridges but did not give me my HP cartridges back and did not give me a receipt. The after market cartridges stopped working after three months because the printer did not recognize them anymore and said faulty cartridge. I took them back to him. He said no way the chip in them had failed and that the problem was my printer. I had a bad feeling about this guy as soon as spoke to him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Needed to refill a cartridge.Returned to this business because I was in a jam. Same thing happened that always happens... tell you your cartridge is too dry to refill. Then sells you a $40 cartridge but keeps your old one. Use Just Ink services. Better prices & considerably better service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor quality ink in new "compatible" cartridge. Ink would not print in my Epson printer so I returned to the store looking for a refund.
Manager stated this "compatible" ink cartridge is just as good as Epson cartridges so the problem must be my printer. Manager offered to sell me a printer from his store for a discount but would NOT give me a refund on the ink cartridge I bought from his store a couple of days earlier.
I told manager that Epson cartridges work properly in my printer but "compatible" cartridges don't print. This store does not sell Epson cartridges, so the manager talked me into buying the "compatible" cartridge instead which I regret buying and can't use which cost me $32 plus taxes.
Never going to buy anything from this business again.
