The team is efficient, compassionate, professional, and accommodating. Not sure you could ask for more than that. I also noticed they play good music. : )
A	Aly Boltman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Robinson and ALL of the staff we came in contact with at the Saugeen Shores Family Eye Care centre. Our son had a binocular assessment undertaken over a number of weeks. They were hyper-organized (including sending reminders via text for any appointments), kind, enthusiastic, won over the heart of my little boy, and ultimately, they produced one of the most professional reports I've ever read. We have a lot of work ahead of us now getting our son's issues addressed, but despite the long distance we'll need to drive to get him what he needs to fix his vision issues, we will look forward to our visits and know we are in great hands.

A lot of time was spent helping to find just the right pair of glasses and give you options you might not have thought of yourself. Heidi is amazing at explaining what to expect and why you might be experiencing certain things while transitioning to a new prescription. Overall the staff is very knowledgeable and it’s nice to go to a place where customer service is a priority. Highly recommend.

Dr. Larry Carr was very knowledgeable, and thorough with his eye exam. The staff was wonderful, helpful and not pushy. My experience at another place was not great as the staff were pushy and rude, going here restored my faith that there are great local places that want to help you. I will definitely be making this my new place for eye care and will be bringing my family. Highly recommended!!!! Great selection of eye wear as well!

I feel like I am well cared for by skilled employees who are current with all facets of everyday eye care. Every employee acts in a professional, friendly manner and are skilled and proficient at their jobs. In my past working life, I was responsible for hiring and managing front line customer oriented sales people and I can only say, Kristen, you should be very proud. Well done.

Firstly may I comment on the absolute care that has been taken to ensure our safety during Covid-19. An appointment is required even to pick out new glasses, hand sanitizer is everywhere and a sampling of glasses is chosen by the Optometrist Assistant (in my case - Farnaz Sani), after which every pair is sanitized. While this review covers the entire staff, special mention goes out to Farnaz. She was so friendly, efficient and helpful. She continued to choose frames for me until I was entirely happy and thankfully provided honest feedback. I highly recommend SSFEC, and hope you are lucky enough to have Farnaz assist you.

All the technicians are friendly, knowledgeable and keep me updated on what test I am having and why. I am very grateful for the new technology and equipment the clinic uses. We don’t have to leave Saugeen Shores to get excellent care because we have the best Doctors, technology and equipment right here. Thank you.
E	Eric Courtois on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited there office today via appointment as per their request to discuss and possibly order new safety glasses and/ or just safety lenses for my existing pairs of safety frames. I decided on going with 2 safety lenses, but the online billing was denied because the person I dealt at this company tried to bill my insurance company for personal glasses and not safety glasses. I immediately called my insurance company and they said that this company can fax them the bill and it would be taken care of under my safety glasses benefit. I advised this company, but they refused to spend 2 minutes faxing my insurance company. If they cannot take 2 minutes to provide decent customer service then they have lost a customer and ill be telling everyone that I know about the poor customer service coming from this company. So tired of bad customer service! They deserve no stars!
