I'm an anxious patient in general, however the staff was relaxed and friendly and that put me at ease right away. Any modifications I asked for were provided immediately. I did not feel anxious or rushed throughout the process.
Very thorough exam, every step was explained in detail.
Recommendations for my dental plan and options were outlined with lots of pictures, all my questions were answered and a quote provided for consideration.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is friendly spacious and very clean. They have separate rooms every thing is protected & sterile (covid rules). They had the same process before covid(just saying). I have been attending Saugeen Dental for 30 years and the service is impeccable. The hygienist are very kind, gentle and receptive. They listen to your concerns. I am totally at ease regardless of the appointment expectations, I am a anxious person, (anxiety) soo saying that !! I would recommend Saugeen Dental to my friends and family.?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My daughter (9yrs) who was dreading her visit recently had a wonderful experience. She could not stop talking about how kind the hygienist was. Even informing me that she “got to know her pretty well”. My daughter thoroughly enjoyed her visit. The hygienist that saw her was beyond kind and great with kids. Made lots of conversation and didn’t rush when my daughter had many things to say.

We consistently receive thorough, high quality care and customer service from the admin staff, the dental hygienists and dental assistants, the patient care coordinator and from our dentist. I really appreciate the clear and concise communication in explaining dental matters. I also truly appreciate the text and email reminders of upcoming appointments. I would highly recommend Saugeen Dental to anyone needing dental care!

They always treat my family and I as though we matter. After each visit I always feel confident that my children are given good instruction to help them have good dental health which contributes to their overall health for life.

Dr. Schlueter’s professional expertise, integrity and compassionate concern for the person on the other end of drill are most appreciated.
