★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give this place 0 stars I would. No customer should have to sit on hold for 30 minutes and still not be able to speak to someone. That is horrid customer service for a Crown Corporation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sask Energy has some terrible customer reps and they like charging fees (all kinds of fees, like reconnection fees). And they collect you personal information (all kinds of information like a drivers license number) so they could distribute your personal information among their affiliates (SaksEnergy, SaskTel) and use your email/phone to target and follow you online with their annoying ads.
This is a great example how monopoly in Canadian energy retail sector has created unequal balance and abuse of power in the corporate sector.
