I thought it was because of issues with my neck, but Sarah asked every detail very carefully and she was able to identify where the true problem is. After two herb prescriptions, my headache was almost gone, and then after another three herb prescriptions, my headache was fully recovered! The prescription only contained a few herbs. It was just amazing that the herbs worked perfectly. I highly recommend Sarah.

I have long-lasting stable energy, my core temperature has reset and I no longer feel cold all the time. I'm sleeping soundly throughout the night and wake up refreshed, which is something that hasn't happened in ages. Sarah listens beyond what you say to uncover the root of what is taking place in the body and does what is required to correct the issue. It also helps that she used to work as an internal medical doctor in China so she has so much knowledge on different medical issues than your average acupuncturist. I would 100% recommend Sarah.

I've received acupuncture treatments from other practitioners in the past, but they often felt like assembly line treatments - walking into the room and treating my issues the same as they'd treat anyone else with similar issues.
I've found Sarah to be thorough and mindful in her approach. She consults her notes and asks follow-up questions all the time, personalizing the approach she takes to your specific needs, adjusting as necessary. She communicates what she's doing at all times and doesn't shy away from questions. I've always felt heard during my appointments with her, as well as equipped with information and feedback when I've had questions.
I've recommended her to friends and acquaintances many times. She's been a tremendous help to my daughter as well.

The treatments she's given me have made such a fantastic difference on me physically, mentally and emotionally. i have so much more energy and my shoulder pain is gone. Sarah is very well-educated, and extremely skillful, she spends time assessing you, getting to know you, keeps notes on the sessions and on your progress. The needling combined with dietary advise and the use of herbs have alleviated my symptoms. I have brought my family members and co-workers and they all agree how wonderful she is.
