I had struggled with debilitating stomach pains for several years and I would miss days of school and special events because of the unpredictable and acute onset of pain. I saw my doctor many times and was prescribed higher and higher doses of antacids. I became so reliant on them that I would experience pain if they were not in my system. It didn’t feel right. Sarah knew what was going on in one session. She put me on a protocol and the pains went away in a matter of weeks. I have now been pain free for 4 years.
As a practitioner- Sarah is incredibly knowledgable and perceptive. Her welcoming and empathic nature makes you feel heard and validated as a client. While she does recommend some supplements as needed, she always focuses on food first. She doesn't espouse one particular diet or enforce any dogmatic thinking about food, but rather approaches you as an individual and from a truly holistic perspective.
Sarah has enlightened me to the healing power of food and seeing her was one of the best investments I made in my physical and mental health and wellbeing.
