★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maybe not for a small company? I dropped by The Abbotsford location for a meeting to discuss several services for my new business. The meeting went exceptionally well and left me very excited to work with Jeremy and the people at Sapphire. I had been told that they were busy but would get me a list of services and pricing for everything we had discussed in the meeting by the end of the week. Friday arrived and I decided to touch base and see if I would see anything that day? I was told that I would have everything by the end of the day. After waiting all weekend I decided to call again on the Monday and was told that everything was ready but they did not have my email. 5 minutes later I received a written email with a price for a basic web build and nothing else. Unfortunately nothing we had talked about was provided. I have since reached out via email and phone and have been unable to speak with anyone. Pretty disappointed with the experience.

Highly knowledgeable which was important since the profile of our vehicles was a challenge. Another company I had used previously could not get their wrap to work on our new vehicle we were using whereas Sapphire could get it to work and we now have 6 of them all working fine. Great guys to work with. Thanks.

They are incredibly talented and hard working, and it's exemplified in their work. The level of detail and craftsmanship that they put towards their projects is impeccable. We would highly recommend for anyone looking to market or promote their brand. These are the guys!
