★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They did a fantastic job on my elk this year! Farmer sausage tastes awesome and everything is cut nicely. The thing I probably love the most is how they wrapped it. Other butchers can learn from this; they double wrapped the meat with plastic and paper. None of the material is stuck between the meat and it unwraps like a dream. 10/10 job!
