D	Dilbagh Singh (Urcarguy) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location was great. We were glad we got the beach level room and the view was stunning. We chose the wrong time of year to visit there. Room was clean but outdated. It’s not a kids friendly place for sure as we couldn’t even get the milk warmed up but I’m sure next time if we visit we will make our own arrangements. Everyone gave good reviews of food but we didn’t try anything except dessert which was indeed good. I’m thankful they let us use our own small bbq that way we could warm food for kids. If it wasn’t this far I was almost sure I would visit again.
S	Sherry Patovirta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sorry I couldn't find just the restaurant review area, so not sure about the rooms , however if they are even close to how you are treated just in there restaurant ,it would be amazing , if anyone is close too or passing this establishment, please stop in the food not only is amazing and over portions for those big eaters in your family , you also have absolutely great , kind ,SMILING staff and that too me is so rare to see ,makes you feel like they actually are really happy too see you , we all have gone to restaurants were you feel like your wait staff just hate there life working there lol , I truly believe the staff there takes not only pride in what they serve but pride in coming into work so please if you close worth stopping in
A	Andrea Dorton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice clean room, good food, and the view was fantastic! The owner did not wear a mask while we talked to him at length despite the fact there were signs on the door requiring the customers to. Lovely place but not a Covid safe business.

I asked for a water with slice of lemon, she brought a water with ROTTEN lime. i asked if it that was a lime (because it was BROWN!) and she took it right out of my glass without asking. So rude the entire time. We asked for a second take out box and she got so upset, and started talking under her breath about how it bothered her. This waitress also seated two people at a table that hadn’t been cleaned up AT ALL! there was still plates and cups and crumbs all over the table. Such horrible service, I only give one star for the food. edit - i was treated very rudely by the waitress. sorry for my previous statements, but i don’t believe it’s right at all what happened. our waitress was extremely rude. I also had a Brown Lime on my water, and when I asked if it was a lime, and if i could have a slice of lemon, she grabbed the Rotten lime from my glass and said “then i’ll have to cut a lemon” in a very rude tone. this is not the first time this waitress has been rude to me and my family. im truly not trying to slander her name, but she was very very rude.

The poor woman who served us was run off her feet! She did however make up for long Weight by being cheerful and friendly and apologized several times. Thx to her our experience that started off terrible, was reversed because of her! We’ll most definitely return!

If you are looking for a holiday and looking to book here make sure you have the top floor room so you don't get disturbed as we had the ground floor level we realized there was a unit below us and over us, unfortunately we got to know of all his naughty habits lol ? in the night but that's what he did first thing in the morning, for us it was a vacation and I decided to take the incident with a pinch of salt and had a good laugh too. The food on the other hand is awesome, breakfast, lunch and dinner are available here for dine in and take out with a wide variety of dishes and the chef says he can customize dishes too which we thought was a excellent idea ?. They do not sell drinking water so make sure you carry your drinking water or risk drinking water from the tap or not drinking water at all in the night. The lake on the other hand is beautiful and I wonder what spring and fall would look like here. The motel also has a spa and a honey moon suite to pamper you on your special day. The owner was kind enough to get me a six month credit as I had a cancellation late last year.
S	Steph M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great time here in January! I loved the frozen lake. We went hiking in the area. The chalet was cozy and jacuzzi was a bonus! The owners were awesome and friendly! They made amazing food too. We would love to visit again!
