We discovered the Innisfil site—from another builder in the area (when we had indicated we were only interested in a bungalow)...pretty cool when the competition recommends you! ? As soon as we saw the workmanship in your model home and the design of the Strathmore floorplan, we knew our search was over. The (popcorn-free) ceilings and curved drywall corners were a welcome (standard) surprise and the stairs from the garage to the basement was a unique and welcomed feature. We were determined to sleep in our car overnight (in the March -12 degree weather), to be first in line to get the lot of our choice...and thankfully we succeeded! I still chuckle when I recall Diego driving up to check in on the sales office the night before and popping by our car window to say 'you know we open tomorrow-right'? He was quite surprised we were camping out all night and he was ready to order us a pizza (but we had already packed a picnic)! Now that we’ve moved in, we couldn’t be happier...we just wished we had moved here sooner! Thank you for being a class-act builder. We don’t plan on buying a new home anytime soon...but if ever we were, we would definitely buy San Diego again! Keep on making beautiful communities!

People may complain that their prices are higher however, you honestly get what you pay for. They DO NOT use cheap supplies. If you are looking to move to Innisfil, definately go with San Diego Homes , you will not be disappointed. You can definitely see the difference in quality between San Diego Homes and other local builders. Also. The Standard features with San Diego Homes are upgrades with the other builders which will end up costing you more money.
