★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not organized, they do not use proper make up on the loved ones that has passed. Played Christian music for an indigenous funeral. Had someone else's video with pictures playing in the background that was not known to the family. No one was watching the door to make sure that no funeral crashers came in the door. An intoxicated person knocked over the food. The homelessness person meant to use the services next door. Rushed the family at the end of the night. Do not use their services. My loved one deserved better.
