★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I absolutely would recommend this location for their cleanliness and customer service. Had a massage booked everything online. The massage was relaxing and effective. Paid with a gift card with absolutely no hassel. A great place to give a gift card for a special friend ?.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The quality of service for this place is good, customer service is so/so. The clinicians are great and super friendly / professional. Hand/Foot treatments are great. Pretty pricey but its worth it. Massage therapy - it depends on who you get. but overall good. Maybe not somewhere to go if you're looking at getting the same therapist all the time. I've had appointments moved several times or cancelled - so if you're looking for consistency this may not be the place for you. The ladies at the front are hit or miss. Sometimes you get someone super helpful - other times not. I was going here regularly to see the same RMT but have had my appointment cancelled again. Will try another clinic but this is a good backup.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time needing a massage? This is the place to go! Staff is welcoming and had the time to show me around which led to a relaxing setting before meeting my RMT. Kim was very professional explaining what was best for me and above all worked miracles as I left feeling a lot better than walking in! Definitely will return!
