★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the BLT with fries and cream of potato and ham soup. I ordered this for take out and was impressed with the quality of the food. I do however feel that the BLT could have had more bacon. It didn't have mayo either, but I'm not holding that against them as if I had eaten in, I could have remedied that.
Over all a great lunch and would like to try more from their menu.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered take out, picked up my chicken ‘Parmesan’ for it to be roasted chicken covered in melted mozzarella. Caesar salad had imitation bacon bits, haven’t seen that since the 90s and the garlic bread is sliced toast bread.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sam's was a very pleasant surprise. We knew nothing about this restaurant and we are happy we took a chance. Inside is spotless and homey. Our waitress was cheerful and happy to help us. We had the potato and ham soup - definitely going back for that. I had a simple club sandwich but they made it better by using fresh ingredients. The menu is VERY extensive - everything from Thai to Pizza. We're really looking forward to going back and trying many of the menu selections.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The search for our new home has been exhausting, we are always hungry since we drive from the Kitchener/Waterloo area. We are so happy to have stumbled upon this diner. I thought leaving the big city behind and moving to this area meant losing the convenience of Viet cuisine, unless I made it myself of course. My partner is Dutch so this place is a gem for us. I'm able to fulfil my cravings of Pho & Spring Rolls and he can enjoy his own cravings of simplier? (haha) dishes. We have been 3 times in the last couple of weeks.
Prices are a bit high on some items, but it's a small town and this economy sucks!
The service is very quick, friendly and the food is absolutely delicious! Highly recommend!
