★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pizza was soggy on top, and crust was soooo stale and crunchy. The textures were just weird.
After reading the other reviews I expected more.. way more. It's probably some of the worst pizza I ever had. If you think this is the best, you've probably never left swan hills.
Or the reviews are fake.
Staff was friendly though. But unfortunately I can't eat my friends..Happy Halloween.
But for real. It was horrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Babes on Bikes from Edmonton had our Season Opener today. 18 of us rolled into Swan Hills. We pre-ordered from Sammy's. All of us were very impressed with our meals. They were hot and ready when we got there. Delicious! Thank you Sammy's for the great service and awesome lunch. We will definitely be back ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m a local, every once in awhile I would order take out from here and the food was always good. But today my husband and I decided to go out for lunch and eat in. The one man who worked and waited on us (and runs the place with another man) wouldn’t look at me or acknowledge me. Even stood to the side of me so he was full facing my husband and only acknowledging him, as I got the side view of the server. He wanted my husband to order first, but my husband told the man…”ladies first” and addressed me. Still not looking at me, he took my order. Super unfriendly and very uncomfortable to say the least. I understand other cultures, but your running a restaurant in a small town in Canada, everyone should be treated equally. Sammy’s has lost my business entirely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reviewing take out pizza. This is excellent pizza. I get what some of the op are talking about with soggy crust but I think that's simply a function of take out pizza and the paper they put underneath. I also think it's because they LOAD it up with toppings, and mine was only soggy a bit in the center the outer parts were perfection. These pizzas are thick and really well structured when you bite into them. So do yourself a favor, if your visiting (stuck in) Swan Hills and like pizza you can't go wrong ordering from Sammy's. No doubt.
