J’y apporte une paire de pince et un ruban à mesurer défectueux. Ils me disent qu’ils peuvent s’en occuper. Un mois plus tard, aucune nouvelle, je me rends sur place. L’employé qui ne répond m’informe que rien n’a bougé, que c’est la fille du patron qui s’en occupe mais qu’elle est toujours sur son cellulaire et qu’elle ne travaille pas ... il me décrit comment il aime lui rappeler qu’elle ne fait pas sa job.... il réimprime une feuille et me dit qu’il la mettra sur son bureau. Un autre mois plus tard, mon père passe dans le coin et va faire un suivi pour moi. Aucune nouvelle. Comme par le plus merveilleux des hasards, Carole obtient une réponse quelques instants après et ils ne sont pas autorisés à faire l’echange. Lorsqu’elle me donne l’info, je lui souligne que ça fait deux mois qu’elle a les outils en main. Elle rejette toute la faute sur Milwaukee. Ce sont pourtant eux qui m’ont répondu qu’ils pouvaient honorer la garantie. Elle fini par me raccrocher au nez quand je lui signale que c’est pas normal, qu’ils ne se sont pas occupé de mes outils.... comme l’employé l’a clairement manifesté il y a un mois. Bref, aucun soucis dû clients, étalement des disputes internes, mensonges et ont raccroche la ligne au nez !! Tant qu’a écrire .... la seul fois que j’ai vu un autre client, il se plaignait que sa perceuse avait été réparé par eux et après une seule utilisation elle n’était déjà plus fonctionnelle....
